Payments, Payouts and Refunds
How money moves in and out.
Accepted asset
USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), TRON (TRC-20) and TON. Token contract references per network: to be approved. Other tokens are not accepted.
Paying
- A payment request is valid for 30 minutes and shows the exact amount including a small matching tail.
- Entries are created only after finality on the network and a compliance check.
- Late, underpaid, overpaid, wrong-network and wrong-token transfers are not converted into entries; they are handled as exceptions.
Withdrawals
- Only to an active address-book entry after its security cooldown, confirmed with a one-time code.
- Minimum 10 USDT. The network fee is shown and deducted from the amount.
- Every withdrawal is screened; some require manual review.
- After an account recovery, withdrawals are locked for 24 hours.
Refunds
Refund procedure, timelines and fees — to be approved by the operator.
