Answers about accounts, payments, draws and withdrawals.

Account

  • Sign up with email and a password of at least 10 characters. You can add your Telegram username for future notifications.
  • Verify your email from the Security page with a one-time code.
  • See all active sessions and sign out of the others on the Security page.

Payments

  • Send exactly the amount shown, in one transfer, on the network you selected, within 30 minutes.
  • If you sent a different amount, used another network or token, or paid late, entries are not created automatically. Contact support with your payment ID.
  • Network fees are paid by the sender.

Draws

  • Entries close 10 minutes before the draw.
  • Results and proofs are published right after settlement on the Results page.
  • A draw that cannot be verified is marked as an incident; it is never re-drawn.

Withdrawals

  • Add the address in Wallet → Address book and confirm it with a code.
  • After the cooldown, request a withdrawal and confirm it with a code. Minimum 10 USDT; the network fee is deducted.
  • A withdrawal can be cancelled while it has not been paid out.
